Oran Kaufman has concentrated in the area of domestic relations since 1989 and has handled hundreds of domestic relations cases. He has taken cases to trial and has extensive experience in court. Given the exorbitant cost of taking a divorce to trial and the emotional cost to clients and their children, in 2004 Attorney Kaufman made a decision to no longer litigate family cases. Since then he has focused his practice on mediation, collaborative law and representing clients in uncontested cases as well as consulting with clients who are engaged in mediation with other mediators.
